Is This You?

Who Is This For?

Who This Is For:

  • You own a medical practice doing $1 million or more a year.
  • Your tax bill climbs with production, and you find out the real number after the year has already closed.
  • Your preparer files a clean return each spring, but nobody plans with you while the year is still open.
  • You pay yourself through an S corp and haven't checked the split between salary and profit in years.
  • You have equipment, a build-out or a new hire coming in the next 12 months.
  • You want one CPA who handles both your tax savings and the monthly money side of the practice.

This Is Not For:

  • Practices doing under $1 million a year.
  • Owners who only want a return prepared.
  • Practices that keep very little profit after payroll and overhead.
  • Anyone who wants to pay no tax at all.
  • Employees who don't own the practice.

Here's Everything We Do For You

How FACTS PRO finds the tax savings in your practice and puts each one in place for you.

We Go Through Your Returns

Before you commit to anything, we go through your returns and show you where the savings should come from, with a clear range beside each move.

We Set How You Pay Yourself

We check the split between your salary and your profit against what the practice earns, then write down how we set the number and why it fits your role.

We Size Your Retirement Plan

We put more of your profit into a retirement plan sized to what you and your spouse actually earn, with the signed plan papers and payments made on time.

We Time Equipment And Build-Outs

We line up the equipment and build-outs you were already planning so they go into service in the right year, and we keep the invoice and the date on file.

Monthly CFO Work For The Practice

We help with budgets, cash flow and senior-level money decisions all year, so your tax strategy keeps up with the practice instead of waiting for filing season.

We Build The Paper Trail

We build the file as we go, from plan papers to salary notes to invoices, and we deal with your preparer directly so nothing extra lands on your desk.

Still On The Fence?

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I have to replace my CPA?+
No. If you'd like your preparer to keep filing, they keep filing. We deal with them directly, so nothing extra lands on your desk.
Is $50,000 realistic for a practice my size?+
For a practice doing $1 million or more, most of the tax bill gets made in 3 places: how you pay yourself, profit left with no plan, and the timing of money the practice already spends. A normal stack of moves across those 3 can add up fast. If the practice keeps very little profit after payroll and overhead, a $50,000 floor won't fit, and Susan will tell you that early.
Why hasn't my current preparer brought this up?+
Most preparers see your numbers between February and April, and by then most of the moves that would have changed last year's bill had a December 31st deadline. That's not a knock on them. Their job is to file the return right, on time, from what already happened.
Is this going to get me audited?+
Nobody honest can promise you'll never get a letter. Every number on your return has to match the paperwork the IRS already has, and if a move only works when you squint at it, we leave it out. Representing clients with the IRS is part of what Susan does, so the person who put the move in place is the person who explains it.
Do I have to spend money to save on taxes?+
No, and you should never buy something just for the write-off. Spending $90,000 on a machine you don't need to save $30,000 in tax is an expensive way to lose $60,000. A lot of the savings come from how you pay yourself and where your profit goes, and equipment you were already buying just gets timed right.
Is it too late to do anything for this year?+
Many of the moves that change this year's bill, like your salary and when equipment goes into service, close on December 31st. Some options stay open until the return is filed, and that's when the savings show up. The sooner we look at your numbers, the more we can still move this year.
How much does it cost?+
The fee depends on your practice and is quoted up front on the strategy call. You'll know the number before you commit to anything.
What happens on the strategy call?+
Susan opens with 3 questions: how you paid last year's tax, what's coming in the next 12 months, and who else touches your money. Then she goes through your practice's numbers and shows you which area is costing you the most, in dollars. If your setup is already tight, she'll say so.
One Last Step

Ready To See What Your Practice Could Keep This Year?

On the strategy call, Susan looks at how you pay yourself, what's left as profit and what the practice spends. You'll leave knowing which one is costing you the most, in dollars.
